Shipping Times

USA/ Hong Kong: 5 working days
Rest of the World: 10-20 days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped from Taiwan or the USA by our fulfillment partners. Once shipped, most items are received within the indicated timeframe. However, international shipping times may occasionally vary due to customs clearance.

Please note that our fulfillment centers do not operate on certain holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.

Taxes and Duties

Orders are shipped from the USA or Taiwan.

Local sales tax or import duties may be applied and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges must be paid before the package is released by customs. Please note that we have no influence on the final duty or tax charges.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is undeliverable due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or for other reasons, the package may be discarded at the destination at the recipient’s cost.
