Temporary Shipping Update - USA
We have temporarily paused shipments and returns to/from the USA due to current trade policy changes. We're working to resume service as soon as possible.
Return Timeline
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, and within 30 days from the date on which you received them to send the item(s) back to us.
Easy 5-Step Return Process
- Request Your Return: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start your return.
- Get Your Shipping Label: We'll provide a prepaid return label for international returns ($15 fee applies).
- Pack & Ship: Securely package your items and send them back using our provided label.
- Quality Check: We'll inspect returned items to ensure they're in sellable condition.
- Receive Your Refund: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the $15 return shipping fee.
Return Condition
All returned goods must be in sellable condition: new, unused, unworn, unstained, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Before Submitting a Return Request, Please Note:
- You must create a return request within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
- Returns received outside of the 30-day return window will be sent back to you, and we will ask you to cover the delivery costs.
- All returns must be registered with us.
- The original order number and shipping number shall be shown on the return parcel.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
Returns with a Pre-paid Shipping Label
Your return will be shipped to a local return hub and can take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. If it has been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g., collection receipt, drop-off slip.
Returns without a Pre-paid Return Label
We are not responsible for untracked returns lost in transit or sent to an incorrect address. Keep proof of shipment showing the return address.
Occasionally, returns may be held up at customs. We will do our best to help release your package as soon as possible; however, we shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from shipping or customs clearance.
Refunds
Processing Times
After receiving your return, please allow us up to 5 business days to process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued. Please note, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped from Taiwan. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes remain the customer's responsibility and are not refundable through Northern Cote.
For duty recovery options, please contact your local customs office directly.
Order Cancellation
Our fulfillment center is very quick at packing up orders. While we cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel an order upon receiving an inquiry, you may submit a return request within 14 days of delivery if needed.
Product Warranty
All Northern Cote items undergo rigorous quality testing. However, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately Contact:

- Order number
- Product name
A short description and some images of the fault.
We will then get in touch with you to arrange a replacement.
