United States and International Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, and within 30 days from the date on which you received them to send the item(s) back to us.

Return Process
  • Submit a Return Request: Reach out to Northern Cote within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  • Receive Return Shipping Label (the USA): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns within the USA. For international returns, a fee of USD 15 will be deducted for the label.
  • Send to the USA Warehouse: Securely pack the item(s) and send them to our warehouse in the USA. 
  • Confirm Sellable Condition: Upon receiving the return at our warehouse, we will confirm that the item(s) are in good, sellable condition.
  • Refund: If all is well, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Return Condition

All returned goods must be in sellable condition: new, unused, unworn, unstained, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Before Submitting a Return Request, Please Note:

  • You must create a return request within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
  • Returns received outside of the 30-day return window will be sent back to you, and we will ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • All returns must be registered with us.
  • The original order number and shipping number shall be shown on the return parcel.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
Returns with a Pre-paid Shipping Label

Your return will be shipped to a local return hub and can take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. If it has been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g., collection receipt, drop-off slip.

Returns without a Pre-paid Return Label

We are not responsible for untracked returns lost in transit or sent to an incorrect address. Keep proof of shipment showing the return address. 

Occasionally, returns may be held up at customs. We will do our best to help release your package as soon as possible; however, we shall not be held responsible for any delays resulting from shipping or customs clearance.

Refunds

Processing Times

After receiving your return, please allow us up to 5 business days to process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued. Please note, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped from the USA or Taiwan. If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the USA, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Northern Cote. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Order Cancellation

Our fulfillment center is very quick at packing up orders. While we cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel an order upon receiving an inquiry, you may submit a return request within 14 days of delivery if needed.

Product Warranty

All Northern Cote items undergo rigorous quality testing. However, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately Contact:

  • Please make sure to provide us with:
  • Order number
  • Product name

A short description and some images of the fault.

We will then get in touch with you to arrange a replacement.
